PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF EMPIRE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Empire has scheduled a public hearing, beginning at 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Empire City Hall, 3385–197th Street, Farmington, MN.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider an application to amend an existing Conditional Use Permit to construct an addition to an existing residential building and cultural center at the Cambodian Buddhist Temple site located at 2925 220th Street East, Hampton, MN 55031. The site is zoned Agricultural Preservation (AG), and is legally described as:
East ½ of Southwest ¼, Section 36, Township 114, Range 19, except the West 660 feet thereof, subject to the rights conveyed to State of Minnesota in deed filed as Document No. 882215 according to the U.S. Government survey thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota.
All interested parties are urged to attend these hearings or submit written comments to be read at the hearings.
