NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Please take notice that a special meeting of the Empire City Council will be held, beginning at 6:00 PM, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the Empire City Hall Meeting Room, 3385 197th Street W. This meeting will be to discuss the possibility of incorporating electric and natural gas franchise fees as a potential source of revenue for future street improvement projects.
